Philip Ruzbarsky, M.D.	The Cease and Desist Order dated February 9, 2024, is terminated. The physician shall Cease and Desist from prescribing and dispensing all CDS beginning and including February 26, 2024. Beginning February 9, 2024, the physician shall not prescribe or dispense CDS to new patients.	02/14/2024
