Information reported to the Board is critical to aid the Board in fulfilling its mission to assure quality health care in Maryland through efficient licensure and effective discipline of health professions under its jurisdiction. File a Report

Employers are required by Maryland law to make reports to the Board (opens in a new tab) when an employee exhibits unsafe and/or unprofessional conduct that meets certain criteria and the employer takes particular action.
