Announcements

Practitioners who prescribe or dispense CDS must be registered with the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) in order to obtain a new or renewed CDS license. Practitioners who have already registered with the PDMP do not need to do anything additional. Criminal History Records Checks are only required for new licensees and reinstatements, not for renewals.

Attention 2026 renewing practitioners: A new law, effective April 1, 2026, requires Implicit Bias and Structural Racism Training for License Renewal. Click here (opens in a new window) to learn more.

Volunteer physicians must submit a new Exemption From License Fee (opens in a new window) application to the Board for approval to renew as a volunteer.

For licensees whose last name begins with A-L and expires 9/30/2026.

If your expiration date is not September 30 and it is outside of the renewal period, you may log in here. Examples include volunteers, Conceded Eminence first renewal, military doctors with pre-approval to renew due to deployment, or other pre-approved exceptions.
